Bro, gimana dah pada bisa installOra-XEnya belum? Klo belum bisa, mungkin ada masalah di settingan konfigurasi browser lo pada. Coba settingan localhost lo liat apa dah ada alamat http://127.0.0.1 (ip loopback). Klo belum ada tambahin dulu baru coba jalanin. Klo belum bisa juga cari aja caranya di om google. Klo ga bisa juga U can ask me later. Ok.
